Bosun’s Marine acquires boatyard

MASHPEE, Mass. – Bosun’s Marine announced today that it recently purchased the former Edwards Boatyard in Falmouth, Mass., allowing the company to expand its sales and service to include small boats through yachts for the New England region.
The new Falmouth location, which will be called Bosun’s Marine Falmouth, features service buildings as well as a deep water marina.
Bosun’s says it will keep nearly all Edwards Boatyard employees at the site. The company said it will be moving three of its eight brands, Robalo Fishing Boats, Rampage Sport Fishing Yachts and Cutwater Cruising Boats, from its flagship location in Mashpee to the new Falmouth store.
