Boating Industry announces new staff, promotion

Boating Industry has added a veteran journalist to its team, as Tom Kaiser joins the staff as Senior Editor. Kaiser has spent the last 8 years as a business and consumer reporter covering a number of industries including recreational vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles and powersports.

“We’re thrilled to have Tom come on board here at Boating Industry. He brings a lot of great ideas and experience to the team,” says Editor-in-Chief Jonathan Sweet.

Brent Renneke has also been promoted to Managing Editor of the magazine. Renneke joined Boating Industry as associate editor in 2011.

“Brent has done a great job on the magazine and website since coming on board 18 months ago. The promotion is well-deserved,” Sweet says.
