St. Petersburg, Florida, December 21, 2012 – John Gissal, Mary Towns and Greg Hauenstein were recognized as the 2012 Above and Beyond employee award winners at Priority One’s annual holiday party on Saturday, December 8, 2012. Each year Priority One, the recreational industry’s oldest and largest F&I outsourcing provider, recognizes and rewards individuals who have gone above and beyond their identified job duties to exceed the needs of Priority One and our nationwide dealer partners. For two of the awards, nominations are given anonymously by internal Priority One co-workers. For the third Above and Beyond award, titled, “Dealer’s Choice”, the nominations are received from dealership personnel.
Heather Mariscal, president of Priority One, stated, “We were so excited and happy to receive all the nominations and wonderful comments from our dealer partners. They took time out of their busy schedules to submit nominations, and we really appreciate it. When the winners were announced, they were beaming!”
Mary Towns, Priority One business administrator, has been with the company for six years. Among the nominations she received from co-workers, the following was said about Mary, “She is exceptionally thorough and accommodating when performing tasks, always looking for ways to help by offering solutions to problems.” “She not only does her job but volunteered to work in another department due to an ill employee. Though she had very little time to learn this other job and virtually no one to ask, she's done a really amazing job.”
“Greg Hauenstein started in a newly created department, and he has embraced a completely new program and taken it on as his own.” “He cares about the big picture at Priority One.” “From day one his determined nature has given the Forest River credit card a foothold in the industry.” These are just some of the comments employees made about Greg, Priority One’s Forest River Credit Card Program representative.
John Gissal, a newer employee at Priority One, won the Dealer’s Choice Award. Gissal is a business manager and works with recreational dealerships helping move additional units by securing recreational loans for the dealership’s customers. Some dealers’ comments include: “He has been unfailingly kind, helpful and full of knowledge in every interaction I’ve had.” “We know our customers are in ‘good hands’ with John.” “John is a very charismatic individual and a manager with the interest of our company [dealership] uppermost on his list.”
