Prospec bolsters customer service

In uncertain times, it's important to know that some companies remain stable. To help customers feel more secure about its business and its products, Prospec Electronics is strengthening its customer service.
This results in the company hiring new employees. The new recruits will provide assistance with order entry/tracking through direct customer correspondence. They will also provide dealer/warranty support and answer product-related questions. An additional product testing technician will also join the Prospec team to ensure a product performs as it should.
"We want our customers to know that we are there for them, from technical inquiries to questions about an order," said Dave Sykes, Prospec president. "Adding new members to our team for these specific purposes better helps out our customer, which helps us out in the end."
