Redden Marine Supply to acquire Go2Marine.com

Bellingham, WA— 6/28/13Today, Redden Marine Supply announced that it has reached an agreement to purchase Mariner Supply, Inc. and its e-commerce sites which include Go2marine.com, Go2hydraulics.com, and ShopRVparts.com.

“The e-commerce abilities and boating expertise at Go2marine enhance and compliment Redden Marine’s business strategies, providing exciting opportunities for customers, vendors, and employees alike. Adding Go2hydraulics and ShopRVparts, we will deliver best-in-class e-commerce experiences to an even broader range of customers,” said Randy Chiabai, Redden Marine’s President.

Mike Reese, Executive Vice President at Redden Marine Supply added, “We are excited to welcome the Mariner Supply family into Redden Marine. With over 12 years of experience and specialization in online retail, Go2marine and its sister sites are well positioned to help Redden Marine realize its long-term financial goals.”

Hal Cook, founder and President of Mariner Supply commented, “Teaming up with Redden Marine is a natural progression for Mariner Supply in our mission to give customers the best possible products, prices, and services. The transaction, which is subject to closing conditions, is expected to be completed sometime in July 2013.

With four locations in Washington State and Alaska, the company offers products and services through brick and mortar outlets, a 1,000 page master catalog, wholesale distribution, and e-commerce websites.
