AMTECH launches its new quarterly magazine

The Association of Marine Technicians (AMTECH) released the first edition of its new quarterly magazine, Marine Technician today

“We are very excited about this publication, says Joe De Marco, AMTECH president. It will provide valuable information for our members and the marine service community as a whole. We have enlisted the help of a many experts in the marine industry to contribute articles to the publication. Topics will include anything pertinent to the marine service industry, plus articles related to improving the business aspect of service. Veteran writer and long-time AMTECH member Bill Grannis will be writing technical articles on a regular basis. Bill has written for many marine and boating magazines over the years. Board member John Mosetti will be contributing high performance articles, and new to AMTECH is James “Jay” Kay of Stafford Insurance. Jay will be writing timely articles on insurance issues for the marine industry as Stafford Insurance specializes in maritime insurance. AMTECH has selected Stafford & Company Insurance as the insurance carrier for AMTECH In addition, we will be providing business and service management information to assist our members in being better and more efficient business owners and operators.”

Marine Technician Today will also be available online through the AMTECH website. During the magazines kickoff, it will be available to the general public for a short time, and then just available to members only.  If you are not already a member of AMTECH we encourage you to join.
