September 16, 2013 - Sparked by the success of selling boats at No Haggle, Reel Deal Nationally advertised prices, Robalo introduced two new boats—the 206 Cayman and the R222 Center Console—at its recently completed 2014 International Dealer Conference in Key Largo, Florida.
The new 206 Cayman is Robalo’s breakthrough entry into the fast growing Bay Boat fishing arena. With prices starting at $29,995 including a tandem axle trailer and F115 Yamaha four stroke power, the 206 is a stand-out performer.
Robalo’s engineering team has successfully mixed a shallow water draft with a feather soft 15-degree Extended V-Plane bottom design and an aggressive hullside flare so inshore or offshore anglers can travel where the fish are biting. Inside, twin casting platforms, three livewells, twin fish boxes and best-in-class rod storage set the 206 Cayman apart from rival offerings.
Following on the success of the best-selling R180 and R200, the new R222 at $39,765 is the largest center console offering in Robalo’s Nationally Advertised Sales program. The new boat comes standard with Yamaha F150 four stroke horsepower. Sporting a 21’6” centerline with a trailerable 8’6” beam, the R222 comes standard with twin 30-gallon fish boxes, an enclosed head in the console, a 15 gallon livewell, Kevlar construction and a 10-year Limited Hull Warranty.
