Baja and Pro-Line to showcase two new models at 2013 MDCE
Pro-Line 23 Sport Hemingway Edition and Baja 26 Outlaw Outboard Manufacturer Seeks Long-Term Dealer Partners for its Four Quality Brands
November 15, 2013 – Washington, N.C. – Baja Marine, manufacturer of the Baja, Donzi, Fountain, and Pro-Line high quality performance boat brands, announces it will showcase two new models at the upcoming 2013 Marina Dealer Conference & Expo (MDCE), held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida on November 17-20.
The two new models on display at the Baja Marine and Pro-Line Boats booth, #1020, include the Pro-Line 23 Sport Hemingway Edition, first in a complete series of special edition fishing boats designed in collaboration with the family of writer Ernest Hemingway and outfitted in the spirit of Ernest Hemingway’s beloved boat, Pilar, and the Baja 26 Outlaw Outboard, the first-ever outboard-powered Baja performance boat. Both boats made their world debut at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show earlier in the month at a media event attended by Mina Hemingway and John Hemingway, two of Ernest Hemingway’s grandchildren.
“Baja Marine is bringing these new state-of-the-art boats to MDCE in order to demonstrate the high level of quality, design, and craftsmanship we are bringing to all of our well-known brands for 2014,” said Baja Marine Vice President Nick Miller. “Our goal for the Expo and for the foreseeable future is to secure long-term dealer partners who desire to work with a manufacturer that knows how to successfully market a quality product, is dealer and customer-service driven, and offers exciting endemic and non-endemic sales and marketing programs. We know that we work for the dealer – not the other way around.”
