Jeanneau introduces new powerboat models

The demand for motor boats, stoked by increasingly numerous and diverse leisure pursuits, continues to grow in all continents. Jeanneau is asserting its will to take a dominant position in all segments of this market.

To achieve this objective, Jeanneau is continuing to expand its offering by developing complete ranges of inboard and outboard motor boats.

The new inboard models for 2015 will allow the range to cover the FLYBRIDGE, EXPRESS and SEDAN segments for boats from 30 to 43 feet in the main world markets.

As for the outboard range, this will offer models from 15 to 28 feet in the sporting DAYBOAT and WEEKENDER segments.

Leader Range
The new LEADER 36 perfectly captures the spirit of the leader range: sporty boats with living space, ideal for short family cruises. Available in 2 different versions, sport top and open, the LEADER 36 reveals sporty lines by Garroni Design and a superb V-shaped hull designed by Mickael Peters.

The deck layout favours outdoor living. The very comfortable cockpit offers a vast sunbathing area, an open saloon and a sun-drenched sofa which is perfectly sheltered from the wind.

An essential part of every family outing: sunshine and swimming! The exterior comfort of the LEADER 36 is further enhanced by the king-size stern platform and forward sunbathing area.

Inside, the LEADER 36 is innovative with its unexpected and particularly comfortable “2 1⁄2 volumes” layout. During the day, the interior saloon is a large, completely open living space with impressive sea views. By night, the configuration changes…. The sliding bulkhead allows you to create an owner’s cabin worthy of a suite, complete with bar and sofa! Also surprising for a 36 foot Express model, the ideal central cabin offers 3 berths and numerous lockers while the heads has a separate shower compartment.

Sporty, elegant and family-friendly, the new LEADER 36 perfectly meets the expectations of leisure sailors attracted to this size of boat.

Velasco Range
In order to nurture its ambitions for expansion in the world Flybridge market, Jeanneau is adding 2 new models to its VELASCO range which will carry the DNA of this new range magnificently.

To complete the range alongside the VELASCO 43, the VELASCO 43 F presents all the same comfort features in a softened “flybridge” type design.

The main strengths of the onboard ergonomics are the recessed side decks, the helm station side door and the unusual flybridge layout.

The 360° visibility, the enormous storage compartments and the 2 heads offer truly innovative interior comfort for this category of boat.

The very handsome fly arch and forward raked windscreen signal its appartenance to the ”flybridge” world.

The VELASCO range signature is also very apparent in the technical choices such as the shaft drive and the option of double thrusters.

A new generation Flybridge, the VELASCO 37 F will be the incarnation of the cruising boat par excellence.

The “flybridge” style of the VELASCO F boats will be characterised by a dynamic design with stretched lines and a contemporary silhouette with large expanses of window.
Outside, the key comfort and ergonomic features such as the recessed side decks, the helm station side door and the flybridge layout have been taken directly from the VELASCO 43. These levels of comfort and ergonomics are quite unexpected in an inboard motor boat of this size.

Inside, the VELASCO 37 F has been specifically designed to offer a higher level of comfort than is usually found in boats in this category. The 2 cabins are of the ideal volume, while the heads benefits from a separate shower and the deck saloon is perfectly laid out. Genuinely designed for cruising, the VELASCO 37 F is fitted with drive shafts and thrusters which make it very manoeuvrable, very economical and very safe.

By integrating so many criteria that are new in a motor boat of this size, the VELASCO 37 F proclaims herself as a new generation Flybridge.

Cap Camarat Range
With their new deep V-shaped hull signed by Michael Peters, the new Cap Camarat 7.5 CC SERIES 2 and Cap Camarat 7.5 WA SERIES 2 are optimized for a single engine up to 300 HP.

Entirely redesigned by Sarrazin Design, they feature a modern, sporty and distinguished line.

With their overall length of 7.4 metres and a hull length of 6.9 metres, they also remain under the 7-metre threshold. The max. beam of 2.54 metres makes it possible to transport it on a trailer in Europe.

The arrangement of the aft cockpit is also extremely adaptable. It adapts in the blink of an eye to the needs of the moment with 3 possible configurations. Firstly, it offers a large and very welcoming U-shaped saloon. The recessed side bench seats are then lifted very easily to create the maximum of space possible. Finally, thanks to a new sliding system fitted to the aft seat, it is possible to transform the entire aft area into a large sunbed.

On the Cap Camarat 7.5 CC SERIES 2, the console displays a muscular design like on big American fishing boats: large dashboard, a flatter steering wheel, more vertical windscreen. It hides a large amount of storage easily accessible at sea via a sliding door. 2 enclosed side decks facilitate movement around the console. To the fore, the spacious U-shaped cockpit is a comfortable space for meals and turns into a large sunbed.

The Cap Camarat 7.5 WA SERIES 2 features a raised foredeck housing a large sunbed, with optional lifting back ‘chaise longue’ style. The sliding door near the helm station gives access to a large cabin fitted with a double bed, a galley unit with sink and a closed compartment able to take a marine toilet.

Certainly, the new Cap Camarat 7.5 CC SERIES 2 and Cap Camarat 7.5 WA SERIES 2 perpetuate the legend of the Cap Cama- rat range started more than 30 years ago: seaworthy, sporty and modern boats and which remain distinguished over the years.

Merry Fisher Range
With the Merry Fisher 695, Jeanneau confirms its position as European leader in this highly dynamic market segment. This new model embodies all the features that have made the Merry Fisher 645 and Merry Fisher 625 references in their class and contributed to their commercial success with thousands of units on the water today.

A new look Designed by Centowski & Denert, the Merry Fisher 695 marks a real difference and adopts a more tense and rewarding design for its owner, reminiscent of the recent Merry Fisher 755.

The Merry Fisher 695 is designed for family day or coastal sailing. Boarding is facilitated by a cockpit gate that overlooks the large bathing platforms, available as an option.

The cockpit seat slides to be used even when the engine is lifted. Optionally, an additional module allows a very welcoming U-shaped cockpit saloon, transformable into a sunbed.

Below, the Merry Fisher 695 offers an inward-facing 4-seat saloon with a fore seat convertible into a navigation seat facing the sea.

Yet another important innovation to gain in comfort: the fore cabin can be equipped with a closed compartment with a marine toilet. Whatever the chosen configuration, the Merry Fisher 695 has a sleeping capacity for 4 persons, once the saloon is turned into a bed.

The hull has a marked and progressive V shape. It is stable and voluminous. Its outboard engine reduces operating costs. Even though the Merry Fisher 695 can accommodate large engines, it also offers excellent performance with smaller, more affordable and economical engines .

With the new Merry Fisher 695, Jeanneau once again demonstrates its expertise in the design of family and economical boats perfectly suited to new styles of coastal sailing.

And that’s not all! In December 2014, the Merry Fisher range will continue to develop with the launch of an entry-level model, the MF605.
