Tidewater to equip boats with Evinrude E-TEC G2 engines
STURTEVANT, Wis., — BRP’s Evinrude E-TEC G2 engines will now be installed on TideWater Boats. The addition of TideWater Boats to BRP’s growing group of boat builders brings unrivaled performance, a bold breakthrough design and great value to sport fishing enthusiasts.
“This really is a natural fit for BRP. The offshore enthusiasts demand performance, efficiency and reliability, all pillars of the Evinrude E-TEC technology,” said Alain Villemure, vice-president and general manager of BRP’s Marine Propulsion Systems division. “We’re confident this agreement with TideWater Boats is strategic as it complements BRP’s existing group of boat builders.”
TideWater Boats boasts an array of skiffs, dual consoles, bay boats and offshore center console models. With more than 50 dealers, their network stretches from Ontario to the sunny Keys of Florida. Their Lexington, SC, facility recently expanded by 40,000 square feet to accommodate their growing business.
