Scout Boats celebrates 25 years, recognizes outstanding dealers

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. — Scout Boats, Inc. recently celebrated its 25^th Anniversary at their annual 2015 Model Year Dealer Meeting, held September 24 & 26, 2014, in Charleston, SC. Scout held a two day event this year that included a debut of new models (255 LXF & 300 LXF), a media day, and three ceremonial events that brought in the following speakers from around the country:

• South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley
• NMMA President Thom Dammrich
• Yamaha Marine President Ben Speciale
• GE Financial – Marine Group President Bruce Van Wagoner
• Former ‘71 Heisman Trophy runner-up and Hill Street Blues actor Ed Marinaro
• American Idol winner (Season 10) Scotty McCreery – who took delivery of his new 275 LXF during the meeting and graciously performed a private concert for the employees and dealers

During the meeting, the company also awarding its top dealers and sales professionals from around the world based on sales figures from the previous year. The awards were as follows:
