STIDD hires business developer; seats to be featured on Wicked Tuna

STIDD Systems has hired marine industry veteran, Sean O’Leary in the newly-formed position of Seat Business Development. O’Leary spent the past 14-years in marine magazine and digital advertising sales. Starting his publishing career at Time, Inc’s Marine Group, O’Leary managed multiple sales territories and was advertising director for Salt Water Sportsman and Yachting magazines. In 2004, O’Leary co-founded Boat Digest and Center Console Angler. Before joining STIDD, O’Leary was publisher for Soundings and director of advertising for the Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show Daily. In addition to his seat business development role, Sean will oversee STIDD’s online seat marketing and PR efforts and will develop new, and enhance existing customer relationships. O’Leary, who was hired by Walter Gezari, STIDD CEO, will begin immediately and will join Fred Miner, Sales Manager and Rich Wagner, Program Manager, at the upcoming Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show, October 30th thru November 3rd, 2014.

‘Wicked Tuna’ sails out to sea on STIDD Seats

STIDD Systems’ comfortable helm seats and sturdy pedestals continued to perform on Season 3 of NatGeo TV’s hit show, Wicked Tuna. STIDD, based in Greenport, NY manufactures a line of military seating and ergonomic seating for the U.S. Coast Guard, custom yacht builders worldwide, and the commercial marine industry.
