SureShade hits new milestone of 50 boats in 5 years at FLIBS
PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – SureShade, the U.S. designer and manufacturer of retractable sunshade systems for the marine industry, announces another record showing of boat builders choosing to offer the SureShade sunshade system with 50 boat models at the 2014 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) now available as a factory installed option or standard feature. The new milestone of 50 boat models has been achieved within 5 years of the company’s initial commercial launch, demonstrating an impressive growth pace and adoption rate with builders as a must-have marine accessory.
The FLIBS display of 50 boats with the SureShade patented telescoping sunshade system as a factory installation encompassed 25 different boat brands and included boat models previously announced, all-new models debuting with the shade and existing models retrofitted to accommodate consumer demand for the shade system.

The 2014 FLIBS event marks the fifth consecutive year the number of boat models have at least doubled each year since the company’s commercial launch in 2009. SureShade is projecting to continue or exceed their growth pace into 2015 and is gearing up for another record presence of new and existing boat models on display at the 2015 Miami International Boat Show in February, along with the release of their exciting new RTX shade product for smaller boats.
