Randy Caruana promoted to Mercury’s VP of North & Central America, and Asia Pacific

FOND DU LAC, Wis. – Mercury Marine has announced today that Randy Caruana has been promoted to Vice President, North & Central America, and Asia Pacific. Caruana was previously Vice President of Sales and Marketing for North America and now adds Central America and Asia Pacific to his responsibilities. Kevin Grodzki, who was President of Global Sales and Marketing, is now the Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs for Brunswick Corporation.

“Randy is well respected in the marine industry and his leadership has been integral to our recent success and we will rely on his leadership as we continue to grow in the future,” said Mercury Marine President John Pfeifer.

“Mercury Marine has benefited greatly from Kevin’s leadership since he joined the company in 2005 and we look forward to working with him in his new role at Brunswick Corporation,” Pfeifer added.

Caruana has been with Mercury Marine for 12 years. In his new role, Randy will oversee his current marketing and sales team in North America as well as Will Sangster, General Manager of ANZP, and Bill McEathron, General Manager of Asia.

“I look forward to the opportunity to lead the sales and marketing teams in Central America and Asia Pacific as we put into place a plan for growth in 2015 and beyond,” said Caruana. “Our brand remains strong in North America and I look forward to continuing to strengthening that brand on a global level.”
