Kruskopf & Company dives in to work with Nautic Global Group

MINNEAPOLIS –  Minneapolis-based advertising agency Kruskopf & Company (KC) today announced the addition of Nautic Global Group (NGG) to its roster of clients.  Elkart, Ind.-based Nautic is the nation’s third largest boat manufacturer with several leading brands distributed through more than 300 U.S. dealers.

KC’s assignment includes creating brand identity, strategy and creative development in both digital and traditional media for the company’s Godrey Pontoons and Hurricane Deck Boats. Godfrey was the market’s first all-aluminum pontoon introduced in 1958. Hurricane, the market leader in deck boats, was first introduced in the 1970s. For all brands, KC’s work will contribute to growing dealer participation and consumer brand awareness.

Last year, KC CEO and founder Sue Kruskopf demonstrated the agency’s enthusiasm for the NGG assignment by jumping off a Godfrey pontoon boat into a cold Minnesota lake. “Taking that dive was well worth the chilled effort as we’re fortunate to be working with Nautic, whose brands are built on a heritage of quality, innovation and professionalism,” said Kruskopf. “Our assignment is to create well-informed strategies supported by smart creative that makes their brands stand out in the sea of sameness often found in the marine industry.”

Kathy Adams, vice president of marketing for NGG, said her team was looking for a strong, strategic communications partner. “KC led us through its Finding the Truth process, matching our positioning to industry and customer insights. We not only found our brand truth but also a true partner in KC,” said Adams.
