1. EPA sued again over Renewable Fuel Standard

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington has sued the Environmental Protection Agency for allegedly delaying releasing records of communications with the oil industry.
The group wants information on lobbying efforts by The Carlyle Group and Delta Airlines to lower the renewable fuel levels in the standard. Lower mandates have been supported by several marine industry groups.

2. Brunswick stock gets average “Buy” rating

Brunswick Corp. has been given an average rating of “buy” by the 10 analysts that cover the stock, Analyst Ratings Network reports.
The company released its third quarter results last week, reporting a 13 percent increase in revenue.
