Nautique hosts high schools students for National Manufacturing Day

ORLANDO, Fla. – Today Nautique hosted students from Central Florida High Schools as part of National Manufacturing Day. National Manufacturing Day is celebrated throughout the United States with events hosted by numerous manufacturing companies with a primary goal of sharing manufacturing career opportunities with students.

Nautique partnered on this event with several local manufacturing organizations including the Manufacturers Association of Florida. The team from Nautique spent the day interacting with the students and giving them an in-depth tour of the Nautique manufacturing facility. After the tour Nautique provided lunch for the students and facilitated engaging simulation exercises so they could apply their learnings.

“Our Nautique team was thrilled to host local students at our world-class factory for National Manufacturing Day,” stated Nautique President/CEO Bill Yeargin. “These students are the future of our country and we are happy to share the many opportunities they can have through manufacturing careers,” Yeargin added.
