Yamaha Marine announces service division organizational changes

Yamaha Marine Group announced several employee promotions and organizational changes within the marine service division.

“The Yamaha Marine Service Division is dedicated to providing exceptional technical training and support for the Yamaha dealer network and customers,” said Ben Speciale, president, Yamaha Marine Group. “These individuals have proven their commitment to our customers and the Yamaha Marine brand. I feel confident they will continue to contribute to our success in their new roles.”

Jeremy Waki has been promoted to department manager, marine field service. A Yamaha employee since 2002, Waki has held positions within the company including regional service representative, regional technical advisor, regional service manager, service support supervisor, warranty and golf car service manager, and service support department manager. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Yamaha Marine Service field staff in all regions of the U.S.

Forest Graham, Kerry Schroeder, Richard Sivils and Ronald Zastocki have been promoted to senior district service managers, marine service division. Their roles have been expanded to provide support for group projects and the development of new policies and procedures. In addition, they will train and mentor new district service managers as well as lead the advanced dealer development program.

Additional changes include:

  • Kevin Sumner promoted to marine warranty service supervisor;
  • Torrey Williams promoted to warranty assurance coordinator;
  • Tony LoRae promoted to marine technical coordinator;
  • Ben Chabot promoted to marine customer call center consultant; and
  • Caitlin Foster promoted to senior editor, Yamaha Marine Service Publications.
