1. Sportsman Boats adding 150 jobs, doubling plant size

With demand growing for its saltwater fishing boat line, Sportsman Boats has announced plans to grow its plant and workforce.

The company will be investing $3.5 million to increase the size of its facility from 74,000 sq. ft. to 116,000 sq. ft. and adding 150 employees to its current 107.
